1. League Name and rules : football london Super league 

a .8 teams per division

b. Theres 3 trophies to be won during the seoson redbull Cup , Super League title , Super cup

c. all pitch and refs bookings will be managed by the league 

d. All teams must register team name and coaches name and number  to play in the league

2. Player Eligibility:

a. all players must be 18 years plus to play in the league 

b. Players can transfer and play for another team in the league 

c.  All players on the same team  must wear the same matching kit colour 

D. Agreement all coaches must sign up to 

Teams cannot poach players from other teams players in the league once all coaches agree

The league will be back on

If a team interested in signing other teams players they must notify the other club or the league 

Team requesting transfer hand in a player transfer request + a swap deal by giving the other team a player exchange

Fines of unlimited amount + points deduction will be implement by league if found guilty of breaking rule

 

3. Team Registration:

a. team registering to play in our league can be done at any time this allow newly form teams to join our league as soon as they are set up and running

b. teams must register thier team name,home and away kit colours.

c. all teams must pay £300 to register to play in the league and teams must pay £100 per match .

d. League rules include all teams Pay £16 liability insurance

E. League match fee increases after Wednesday 6pm

 

4. Game Format:

a. two halves of 45 minutes each , 5 minutes half time break.

b. KO COMPETETIONS tie breaker is a penalty shootout.

c. Roll on roll of subs

D 5 subs maximum per match 

E  All teams must bring one match ball to every matches they play in

5. Referee and Officials:

a. All referees officicating for the league must have experience of  refereeing 11aside matches  before they can ref in the league

b. All referees complaint will  be made to the league in which the league will deal with the issue or problems according to the rules of the league.

 

6. Player Equipment:

a. all players  must wear same colour kit as players on their teamwear appropriate football boots and wear shin guards).

b. All teams must bring one match ball to every match they play in

c. All teams must register their home and away kit colours with the league

7. Code of Conduct:

a. all participants of  the league players, coaches, and spectators ,referees  must respect each other and conduct themselves in an acceptable behaviour.

b.  penalties for misconduct and disciplinary procedures - all participants in the league  players, coaches, and ,referees  must follow fair play rules which means no verbal , physicals or signal/gesture abuse will not be tolerated any participant that breaks this rule will be fined by the league depending of severity of the situation, fines start from £30 to £100 - players, coaches, and referees who use abusive language will be fined £30 , participants who use violence will be fined £100 or permanently banned from FA sanctioned Leagues in UK

C. Teams are not allowed to poach other teams players in the league without putting in transfer swap request with the team or league plus £100 payment to opposition team.

Any teams found guilty of this will be fined or kicked out of the league.

D . Yellow card is £10 fine & Red card is a £20

8. Game Procedures:

a. procedures for match delays, cancellations, or rescheduling should be reported to the league , leagues manager contact number is on the  www.footballLondon.co.uk website any match cancelled due to flooding or bad pitch will have the match postponed to another date, 

 

9. Scoring:

a. 3 points for match won,1point for a draw and 0 points for a loss

b. the top two teams who finish level on points at the end of the seoson in the same division will play one match called a league final in which the winner of the match is crowned champions of the division.

b. communication plan for league updates and announcements will all be offically be announced on the league official website.

 

11. Facilities and Safety:

a. league referees will be in charge of pitch safety standards and all referees will make sure the pitch is safe to play on before kick off.

b. all teams are advice to bring their own first aid box to all matches

 

12. Dispute Resolution:

a. if teams or players will like to launch a complaint, dispute, protest, or appeals.they must first contact the league manager on the football london website in which the parties involved will be allowed to voice thier opinions and for which the league committee will make a decision

 

13. Financial Matters:

a. Cancellation policy if teams want to leave the league they  will forfeit thier £300 registration payment and play the next two matches before they can leave the league as per the 2 week cancellation policy

b. League rules include all teams Pay £16 liability insurance

 

14. Amendments:

a. League rules can be changed and updated at any time by the league.

B. All coaches must read league rules on website on 1st day of every month to keep up to date with new league rules changes - League decisions is sometimes referred to coaches of the teams to vote on .
